Handmade jewelry wicker basket from palm leaves
Small jewelry wicker basket made of plain and colored palm leaves.
It is very practical to Keep your jewelry and small accessories organized. Made sustainably from dates palm (leaves). The process is helping cleaning the environment as it using agricultural wastes (leaves & raceme).
Size: Diameter: 8 (3") cm - Height: 7 cm (2.75") without the lid, 12 cm (4.7") with the lid.
Material: Old leaves from date palm trees. Every year, after collection of dates we need to cut the old leaves as a part of the crop care. Instead of disposal of the leaves that means in many cases burning them, we make our beautiful and useful products out of the scrapped leaves.
Method: Handweaving old Egyptian technique.
Note: Each piece is unique. you may notice normal minor differences in color & shape.
