Natural wicker candy plate, decorated with colored fabric

Very practical and well-made woven plate. Made sustainably from dates palm (leaves). This sturdy plate is made by hand-weaving the threads of the dried palm leaves. The process is helping cleaning the environment as it using agricultural wastes (leaves & raceme).The simple design and the light color of the used palm leaves make it matching for modern decor dining.

Uses: Catchall, candies, jewelry, country home decor, Bohemian decor.

Material: Old leaves from date palm trees. Every year, after collection of dates we need to cut the old leaves as a part of the crop care. Instead of disposal of the leaves that means in many cases burning them, we make our beautiful and useful products out of the scrapped leaves.

Method: Handweaving old Egyptian technique.

Easy Care: Can be cleaned with a damp cloth and then let to dry. Don't wash with water.
